Can I send a gift card with a personalized message in my gift baskets?
Yes! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?
Yes you can. When ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like them to ship in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier, you can order your gifts when you have the time and still have them delivered when you want them to be.

After I place an order, when will my baskets be shipped?
Orders shipping 2 Day, 3 Day or Next Day that are received before 12pm EST will ship that day. Order being shipping Ground and orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day. Next Day Air, 3 Day, 2 Day and Ground service are available. **Please note: During the holiday season, these shipping times are approximate. We are not responsible for delivery delays when FedEx/UPS and other air carriers experience delays due to high seasonal volumes, extreme weather, mechanical failures, etc.

Please allow 2-7 business days for Ground Shipping, depending upon destination. Weekends and holidays are not included when determining transit days.

When is the last day I can place an order for Christmas delivery?
Orders confirmed by December 12, 2007 will arrive by Christmas.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation via email after your order has shipped. You can track delivery status at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com, depending on method of shipment.

Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
From May-Sept many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value or our prices are adjusted accordingly.

Can I ship my baskets anywhere?
As of right now, we are only shipping to addresses located within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time, however, we are researching this possibility. Keep checking back with us!

Why do you need my recipient's phone number?
The delivery service must have the recipient's phone number in case they encounter a delivery problem. We will not contact your gift recipient via phone unless we are having a problem with the delivery.

What is your policy on product substitution?
Baskets and their contents may differ slightly from their photo due the availability of items. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure a timely delivery.

Hotel/Hospital Delivery:
We do not recommend deliveries to either of these locations. In certain instances, products may not be routed directly to the guests/patients rooms. Therefore, deliveries to hospitals/hotels are not guaranteed. No refunds will be allowed if the patient/guest checks out prior to delivery.

What if I accidentally enter the wrong ship-to address?
Notify us immediately via email at: support@rusticgourmetgiftbaskets.com. We will not guarantee orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address. Additional fees will be charged to correct this problem.

What if I want to change or cancel an order?
Please double check the accuracy of the item ordered, quantity, recipient's name, shipping address, zip code and phone number. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to make your changes. However, once a package is in transit, changes and/or cancellations will not be possible. Changes, corrections or cancellations are subject to a small fee.

What is Rustic Gourmet's return policy?
When an issue arises concerning your order, please email us immediately at support@rusticgourmetgiftbaskets.com. We will promptly address the issue and discover the most effective method to remedy the situation. Due to health/safety issues, it is our policy that baskets containing perishable food items are not returnable. Baskets that arrive damaged will be replaced. You must notify Rusitc Gourmet within 2 business days of receipt of a damaged shipment. Returned items must be received within 20 days of original shipment date. The items must be in their original condition, including packaging and shrink wrap. Opened baskets or baskets with missing items are not returnable.
